SCRIPTR is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. SCRIPTR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or for refunding/replacing orders in these cases. Once a parcel is in the hands of our shipping carriers, responsibility lies with them.
